It appears that we are all in aggreeance on one thing. The upgrade must me decent and before the EGM.
I will vote by sending in my proxy for the CAP raising and the aquisition, purely because I am worried about PMM getting control.
BUT!!!!,
If the upgrade is not decent, I will personally attend the meeting and override my proxy by attending and vote them down and maybe even support the Con and Mick resolutions!!!
