good to see the board waited until the sp was at a low to issue the shares to doutch. $12.5m and you get a 2 page independent expert report? not a lot of info disclosed there to let shareholders make an informed decision.
with all due respect to the independent expert i find it amusing that that the board didnt use one of the more reputable firms to do the val. i would have thought that snowdens would have been able to do it given their knowledge of the project.
IMO its a farce. absolutely no need to do the deal now. surely the $5m would be better off drilling some holes into the other 100odd km of strike???
