egm announcement and vote result

I understand from FH that they are hoping to make an announcement to the ASX today.

Apparently the vote was approx 45% FOR and 55% AGAINST

Great result and effort

Now we know why YA were cold calling but this still raises the question of disclosure.

I would think YA will come back with another proposal and surly they would have to talk to some representatives of us shareholders (although I realise what angst this may cause having to deal with these people).

My preference is also dealing with HNC or some other trustworthy 3rd party with finance.
