Whilst I am not in a position to disclose what I know about the votes cast I can confirm the figures of a 10 percent difference. There were a number ofajor shareholders in the room and all supported us. It is feasible that HNC voted against the resolution also. And this needs to be considered very carefully by us in our next phase of activity.
