It is pretty poor form that the result has not been announced to the market though.
Those of us here on HC of course know the result, but what if you were just a minority shareholder who voted by proxy and not privy to HC discussions? You would still be in the dark as to the result of the meeting, let alone the voting numbers. That is a disgrace.
