It is coming down to a vote of head to head candidates. GGP are looking at all angles to shore up their voting power by having Con Note holder votes on the current boards side and retail and sophisticated voting for change on the other.
We will be fighting to have Resolution 5 re-instated at the EGM as it does go to the core of our concerns, as Samfiodiving stated, and mean the offer made by the IG to Steve Graves for significant financial support was never seriously considered.
