rayser understand that if the new notes issue is knocked down, then the ordinary shareholders will probably have the numbers to roll the two Franks, once any new notes get issued to Novus/Director's friendlies, It would be fair and reasonable to then assume that the current two Frank's positions would be safe, hence what the holder's group has been suggesting that there will then be a likely continuation of notes issues into the future.
If the votes are high enough from holders who are not aligned to Novus through the note issues, then with a re-alignment of the board you may see a rights issue go ahead in the first instance followed up by other forms of funding as separate to the continuing notes issues through Novus.
