I was there also and agree with Quiltmans comments.

It was a bit of a nothing meeting other than voting on the Nasdaq listing/ cap raise. Not only could they not say anything of any substance they were actually quite strict on complying with SEC rules and keeping anything substantial to themselves until after listing.

You can always read between lines and make your own assumptions. By the vagueness I received when asking certain questions, I got the feeling that they would like to answer but simply cannot. Some things I asked included:

    • Is there a cornerstone investor? - No comment (quite an immediate response), but you could feel they are confident in the upcoming listing
    • are there many pre orders? - Cant comment. I suspect there may not be a massive amount as they simply do not have the product delivered as yet so they cant really showcase it. Think they will likely expect bigger numbers once the rollout starts.
    • Staff numbers continue to grow, are they worried about payroll and cash flow going forward? - I felt like they were a little surprised by the question and didnt have concerns with number of staff Craig is employing. Cash flow has always been the concern but cap raise will alleviate that.

The audio/ connection from Craig was poor quality but that has no bearing on the companies future, just made it hard to listen at times.

It did feel a little weird not having them answer any substantial questions but I understand the restrictions they have on them. On a positive front, these restrictions should only be there for a very short term, Im thinking maybe 2 weeks - possibly 1 month max.

Again you have to be comforted somewhat by the directors putting their hands in their pockets, even if it is a convertible note.

I can see any downside that hasnt already been factored in over the past year or so. Have come this far and with only weeks until we reach a resolution there isn't any need to panic now. Once they list and raise the funds, cash flow will be sorted for at least 12 months and sales can commence. With small market cap, it still has plenty of upside. I bought more this arvo.
