I attended also and tend to agree that nothing was really said due to the restrictions.
Disappointing with the video feed and Craig seemed quite frustrated with this or something else. Did not seem his upbeat self but did not take this in anyway that anything is wrong. Neil Cairns and Jarad White and others seemed the opposite of Craig.
After asking some questions and listening i did not sense any problems with the listing process although has not been a easy process. Currently in the quiet period and what is called the testing and interest phase but felt this is in the final stages.Once it goes to the next stage it could go quickly and could be trading on the Nasdaq by October.
As i understand the IPO is fully underwritten but i get the feeling the market does not understand this and the stock is being treated as the IPO may not go through.
Personally would have liked some pre orders and this good question was asked and if there was any of SIGNIFICANCE they would need to announce due to ASX requirements . However the question seemed to surprise as the answer seemed to gravitate around the fact that when the pulse is in the "warehouse" then the pre launch partners and orders will follow. I felt comfortable with this but understand those that may not agree as have had opportunities to showcase at CES etc..
Felt a lot of time and effort has gone into this Nasdaq IPO when that effort could have been directed towards the pulse. Wrong strategy possibly and timing has not been great.
Need this IPO money in the bank to execute then can give them 6-12 months to show us what they can do.
Left feeling comfortable that the plan is being executed. Not comfortable with the share price but this could quickly re rate .
