I just "unignored" scarlett for a second to see what disparaging comment has been made.
There were only 4 shareholders there outside of company delegates/lawyers/advisors and the like, and all 4 have responded in detail on this forum.

Niall was very professional ... the only issue was the video link to the USA with Craig ... which was frustrating the shit out of him and causing most, if not all, of the angst evident in Craig . He was clearly annoyed with the technology.

Niall was very careful in what he said, and referred to the lawyers in the room several times.
It was clearly evident that IPO finishing line was so close, the last thing anyone in the room wanted was to jeopardise the process in any way.
