I suspect you do not own a computer or smartphone and must rely public libraries for internet.
People who have internet connections are known to have issues with their internet providers. Internet providers supply the network and bandwidth to their customers. At times the network is degraded, which affects internet speeds, which is known to affect video presentations. Just yesterday I suffered a terribly slow upload degradation, taking an hour to transfer 50mb.
A myriad of factors outside of Craig's control could have caused his internet issues. It's probably more useful to you to speculate on what those factors might be.
