OTC did not go ahead as the problem was that the public would have had to instructed how to use the device where a doctor overseeing is not a problem. Never in the process of approval was there a tech problem, only the above mentioned.
Overheard a conversation that by design they wanted to build the back end structure and team and when the pulse is ready they will full steam ahead.
Had the pulse been ready and no team or back end , then an announcement NOW about investing in that would really have slowed things down. I think once ready momentum will build rapidly.
Andon can scale up quickly due to observations with other companies.
Still hoping for pre sales to get things moving.
