Has anyone given thought to calling an EGM just to seek to...

Has anyone given thought to calling an EGM just to seek to replace on or more directors? This board clearly continues to ingnore shareholders' legit requests for info (leaving aside its strategic decision making for the moment). I for one would like to see some new blood injected. Not sure if Cygnet (still in volved??) or Hartley's would be supportive but surely they too have to we worried about where this is heading.
