EGM campaign

Hello CYP shareholders,

Enough is enough, it’s time Ross is held to account for CYP’s poor progress.

I started a campaign for an EGM last week and already have a number of holders onboard.I’m a longterm shareholder and combined with my holding I represent just over 3M shares. 138M shares are on issue and to attain an EGM we need around 6.9M votes.

I propose the following:
1.Ross is replaced as CEO, a new CEO appointed with clear KPI’s.
2. Remove Washer from the board.
3. Remove Wotton from the board.

Open to other suggestions! Anyone who supports this please get in touch, time to rally the troops!
