I think if there is a decent number of votes against Ross remuneration or motion calling for his termination, he would then be under tremendous pressure to resign, even if the vote does not pass (and realistically it probably wouldn't pass). Goal here should be to highlight investor unhappiness with the current state of affairs and wound Ross.
