I find it quite remarkable that the company consolidate the shares, get rid of 2 directors, bring on 2 new directors change the company name AND there is no project in sight.

Tragic.... and forgot to mention they pass out shares (pre and post consolidation) to mates and others so as to stifle any debate as to direction of company. Laughing stock.
