The EGM next thursday is an opportunity for shareholders to have their voices heard and questions answered.

Directors of small market cap companies who operate without any remuneration oversight rely on passive shareholders to not rock their boat.

Current and past shareholders of GGP should be asking themselves that at the time certain directors made announcements, what was the intent of that director at that time.
Then take the time to look at events of the company around the time frame of the announcement.

As I said before small market cap directors rely on on their shareholders being passive. They can close their ears and shut down question time at meetings. They can take no notice of shareholders on HC and continue to operate it any way they see fit. This could include placing this company into administration via the friendly noteholders or request suspension.

Probably the only thing they can`t control is physical legal action. This company already has two based in the US which shareholders were not immediately advised of. First question is why not?

Legal actions are just that. An action. Directors have to respond to them.
Shareholders can talk all they want but until they actually move into action they will continue to be ignored and they can discuss their losses for the next decade because nothing has changed with this company.
