    On an EGM date ,i thought they have 3 weeks for sending out proxies for this EGM (3 weeks after the PC filing) ,so 1,5 week to go ,and that EGM was to be held 5 weeks max after sending out the Proxies.
    The website of TZL still shows CK as CEO ,my be they just wait to update the website with a new board !
