may I ask you something or anyone out there who may know.

we all no ERM is going to be excluded from voting there current shares in the first part of meeting with reference to corpse relate deal.
my question to the site is ERM will only be able to vote 10.2% of coy at AGM for board remuneration package ?

why I say this, when I have been buying shares there seems to be a voting cut off time to vote shares and that is normally 2 days before AGM will be held.
so does this mean ERM will only be able to vote there 10.2 percent shares not the 19.99% of register. Expand on the subject please all.
