I cannot see how the value of ERM's share can be worth 16.34 million when at today's Market cap and allowing a generous 20% for their share of EGO gives a valuation of only 8.82 million dollars or half of the value proposed. If the deal were to go through at around the 8.82 million the top up provisions would then look more realistic as it would be 70 % of 8.82 million dollars or 6.174 million dollars for every 1 cent rise in the SP which is in my view is nearer the mark than the figures touted by the board or will we get a game breaker Ann that justifies the original figures.
