But it confirms, no deal in the foreseeable future and the risk of the shares getting dumped whenever they want it.
Not sure why LC is excluded from voting for that agreement, maybe she has coordinated it. That would be similar to RAD where the CEO organised 70m and similar to CHM where the new CEO is in charge of raising as well.
Time to get back in as funding seems to be secured for a few months.
