- Say what the Item is that you would like to add to the Agenda, the item must be an actionable item requesting particulars and details of an event, for example:

"That CVI management provide all documentary proof of recent capital raisings to xxxx on xxxx date including cashflow details and bank deposit slip, proof, etc."

"That CVI provide full details of who the entity that they have purchased the refinery from as per announcement dated xxxx and if the selling entity will be paid a commission in the form of cash or shares and exactly what this amount or tender will be and when it will be paid. Further is there a non performance penalty that CVI must pay if the refinery purchase does not complete at a certain date or at all."

"That evidence of the Pensador $1.1B funding exists and under what conditions can it be made available to CVI."

"That the meeting be provided with details including proof of payment of the $12M paid to Pensador on date xxxxxx. Further, that the meeting be provided with details regarding the return of the same $12M to CVI and what conditions exist to allow the return of the $12M paid by CVI to Pensador on XXXXXX date."

"Proof of income of approximately $1M recently stated by MS that should have come in by now to cover opex."

The above questions are just examples and would probably need more work to make them msomewhat more accurate and pointed.

You need to make sure that you get the items you wish to discuss are on the agenda, simply going there will not allow you to introduce items to the agenda ad-hoc.
