and also proof that Pensador have signed the Falcon/off shore permits, he has said that he was present at the signing but cannot release it due to confidentiality clause, that he has broken by sending e-mails around.

if he has broken confidentiality clause and it is market sensitve infotmation he should then disclose it to the market.


Now if Pensador are listed, and this is certainly market sensitive do they have to release it??
and seeing he has leaked it and CVI are shareholders do they have to release it.


But he has told me and others that it was signed,he was present, long before the 4th Aug and an announcement was "3 days away"

so not only has he broken confidentiality but also mislead shareholders.

So put up day is coming, yeah let's get some very good questions for the EGM, if there is not one then it shows his talk is purely for trading purposes,
