When it comes to the "general discussion" part of the meeting, you can ask anything you want, but management don't have to do much about it, except treat you with respect and provide a socially acceptable verbal answer. "of course we received all the money from placements"
However, if, as a shareholder, you have a formal item included in the Notice of Meeting, it must be dealt with by vote if necessary, and actioned accordingly.
Thats why it needs to be an actionable item, rather than a question. So not just something like "Whete is all the placement money?".
It needs to be framed something like.
- That the company will provid to shareholder full audited evidence of money recieved from all Share Placements during the past 12 months, and that this detail must be provided within 30 days of the date of this meeting.
