The EGM went ahead and 2 non executive board members were present along with a partner from the administrators.
To cut a long story short, we should expect to hear something in April/May about the outcome with the creditors being Hunan, GT and Cornell.
Chances are shareholders will be asked to vote on a capital raising in 3 months time at a hugely reduced rate.
