but would love to have someone or many do some reasearch provide specific xamples of what a court has agreed is misleading and deceptive conduct. Needs ot be specific tho - like on this date someone said this or released that and on another date something contradicted it

Presume we are talking commonwealth law here - I know NSW has a caselaw search facility where you can find a lot about different ruling etc havnt looked for commonwealth sites - have been ploughing thru announcements and is time consuming enough

Might be best to email examples to me - dont want to give too much away - anyone can read this site remember - including those who may be plotting again\st us

Have recieved some valuable info via direct email and starting to think showing negligence will be childs play but priority for now of course is to get a seat at the credittors table

Gotta say I dont see myself as best person for that - anyone with experience in that area feel free to put your hand up
