The reason it went to TH on Wed was due to them receiving a formal fax from Hunan on Tuesday night about a dispute. Apparently the dispute is your typical JV type disagrements, but with our current cash position and the Hunan saga the board decided to go into voluntary administration. They wouldn't go into the situation any further as it's a legal issue.
Apparently GT is overseas and ill, so couldn't attend......Classic!
It was pretty much 40mil votes for and 10mil against on each item but as the company is the hands of administrators the items have been deferred to a later date or will be taken off the table.
