Share dilution does not affect SPB. The SPB was arranged because Guido could not afford to buy his options and sell part to recover costs. Why are we
responsible for his poor personal finance skillset. We need a marketing CEO, not a tech head. Ting has it under control. If we share the costs, it can be done. I/we need a lawyer who knows this stuff. I read it on ASIC and its my take only .
