An EGM likely won't happen. Seriously hope people don't forget this though and become apathetic to it. Next AGM we vote down remuneration, vote out directors and see if we can get a vote called on the sales pool.
Dave needs to go and lose all his sales pool rights, right as we get close to being sold. Years of giving shareholders the middle finger should come back to bite.
