    Hi All

The EGM would be great, but very difficult to organise.

Note, that the number of votes required are nowhere near as high as we think.
Looking at the last AGM results, there largest total of votes lodged on a resolution was 285 million votes. So, using this as a reference on who votes we may only need 150 million against votes or so to get over the 50% required. But in saying that, the company can see the proxy votes status before the meeting (more than 48 hours prior) and if it looks like they will get voted out, the company then contacts the Top holders to get them to lodge a vote.

The only way around this I believe is to lodge your personal vote "For" the resolution. So, the company feels the resolutions will pass, then you change your vote just prior to close of proxy voting, or you attend the meeting and change your vote when the poll is taken.

I agree Jock, we need to remind investors of the Shite show we have been through so they can vote against. it seems like many on here are way too forgiving.
