As usual Management and the directors have erred.

Disclosure to The Market is non-existent.

Instead of flitting off overseas, more emphasis and effort needs to be expended on correcting the income and expenditure of MVH.
Informing ALL Shareholders of changes in the company as and when they occur.

MVH needs a new Board and Management working for the benefit of shareholders and not themselves.
