Unsure of what the point is as you seem a relatively switched on poster with some good points to raise but whats said at FAR meetings can only be described as general chit chat and not cast in tablets plus the poster did say when asked that he was listening to a number of things and that may be an error.

For FAR to be making these sort of statements at this point in the proceedings shows we are good to go thats how it works; there will be lots of even smaller print in the informration not released so all we can do is view of 30,000ft.
