This is the bit that stood out for me. If this is indeed the rate that we will be paying on the senior debt, then I can see how we might have achieved a better rate than the project funding provided by WPL. Libor is currently around 2%. 4% is a massive improvement on the mooted 10-15% that some on the forum said we would have to pay.
