This is 100% spot on. As soon as the board thinks the company can trade solvent, they can tell the administrators they are not needed any more. It does not need to go to a creditors meeting or vote, because if the creditors have been paid out and the directors have monies for the company to be solvent, they can tell the administrators they are taking back control of the company and that is all because it is a Voluntary Administration.
