Can someone help me with the numbers here regarding share ownership. If we can only sell 1/3 of our stock in 180 days if the sp is 25% hight than list for 10 days
dont quote me on these numbers
51% owned by,yacov and his board escrow 12months
5% by regal
a percentage of oversea investors .possible 15% (guess)
the rest aussie investors 29%
then the 5m new shares added to the mix ..
of the 29% a 3rd can be sold after 180 days thats 13%
providing everyone sells straight away .
is that going to sink,the ship and share price
I,don't think .
again only speculating on numbers .. the reason they have structured the lockout is to no 1 stop the max exodus
