EGM needed

Under the circumstances that we find ourselves shouldn't we the share holders be requesting a EGM with the fish heads to discuss all of the options that exist so that we can make a meaningful decision as regards this Cap raising.
Who will start the ball roolling and how do go we- the share holders go about it as this is to me mind the most serious position that PRL has found itself in its short history?
