I dont wish to contradict anyone,I know he said they wanted 40% of Falcon ,not sure he said that would be by mths end, ,Ive met people like Smyth before, they always fall on their feet, delays may happen, but they think BIG & have charisma, he also said that much time was being taken up in legal wk to secure titles that were ironclad,& it looks like the president is fairly secure! with Falcon the most powerfull under him,Im also not sure he said a T/O by years end ,just that by then he wants the big attractive fruit secured
