well they certainly didn't come across as arrogant, after all it would have been pretty offensive if they did given where the sp is. even though they weren't arrogant, they did seem quite confident that punitaqui is heading in the right direction and this will show in the quarterly updates throughout the second half of the year. i guess they showed that they are genuinely concerned by explaining everything they have been doing in chile to get the costs down and the revenue up.
