Quite a big document and have only skim read. Given SP and my long term faith in NUF I'm inclined to sit tight and not put any of my shares up for tender and wait for the 2nd stage and go for the entitlement offer big time. Maybe buy up some rights if there are any and they are at a nice price. Will do more thinking but if this is really dumb I hope someone out there will tell me. (I shan't be offended).
