    Having just read the notice from Padbury i have some questions.1. Does the board want any of its members remove. If not we should support the board.2. Should we allow a 4% holder have his way? Does this holder influence members of the.b. oard.? 3 Who is this R V? What is his agend? The circular does raise one concerns if some of the statements are true. We will soon see.
