    I see no reason why Terry would be needed on the board under a merger. Best off spending the money more wisely by reserving a position(s) for an appointed member from a potential JV partner, e.g. major investor and/or steelmaker etc...

    No offense to Terry but Gary certainly doesn't need anyone holding his hand!!!
