300 million shares buys some influence so he may just get a position on a future board. However, in his defence he does seem to understand what needs to be done during the exploration stage and what what will then be required to build a mining company. He knows how well the proposed new board will be perceived by the Chinese, particularly with the skills and experience brought by the proposed new directors. He also understands the obstacles posed by having two seperate companies managing the exploration of these tenements. So, in my humble opinion it is OK for any one to feel they are better than him, but that doesn't mean he can't have a role to play on a future board.
