    Say for example and hypothetically speaking of course, a southern-state born President of the USA wanted to rig an election, could they go through and filter voters out because they are minority voters or absentee voters to help them win the election?

    If so, could a company do this with the passing of resolutions - or do the votes get tallied via an independent source such as ASIC or the Electoral Commission? Also what rights do voters have if they feel the voting process has been rigged - are there any ASIC clauses to check it has been managed fairly? Surely such things are done above board though - because it would give the journalistic community a field day reporting on such - a significant amount of extra public attention might result...

    If anyone can shed some light on the above I would be most appreciative.
