They lost me after this excerpt from the latest announcement;
"ECT technology viewed as vastly superior in many aspects.
Grant program decision based on other aspects including
multi-billion dollar rail and port infrastructure investments"
Did ESI miss this important requirement of the ALDP application? AND submitted anyway? LOL
I may have been wearing rose tinted glasses for the past 4 years BUT I was unaware the ESI team had their 'special' mushroom tinted glasses on.. hahaha
