Not confused if i was in favour of the resolution i would have voted that way. Voting with a no resolution sort of spells it out doesn't it.. oh we'll take the 5Th on that one.
hey i'm all for more money for the company but we have adequate to complete the dft lets get the SP up with some deals then they can maybe talk to others but if the next 12 months brings on more Mou's well i'm sure money we'll be flying in and it won't be 0.006..
I don't see the point as a shareholder... i see just more dilution and backslapping, obviously the board isn't into the ski trips otherwise they would have recommended votes 2+3..
