Mistakes have obviously been made in timing the raises and financing for the restart. I'm not denying that the board is at fault. However, I think the majority would believe that given the opportunity, this team would successfully produce copper plate at Nifty. Bring in a new mob and I think there would be serious doubt.
Sure bring in someone to add value to the financing process, but be careful of knee jerk reactions that would jeopardise the future success of the company. I think removing the operational expertise would hinder any hope we have. If we can't raise finance with this team, I'm not sure it has any hope with another team. Just my opinion anyways.

I agree, except the chairman must either stand up and face shareholders with an explanation, and a pathway forward, or fall on his sword.

Very few would even know who he is to be honest. The only time you hear his name is when the performance shares get issued.

The facts are $100m has been burnt through in under 2 years. Where has the governance been?
