They will just ignore it.
But if there is a shareholder group who collectively hold more than 10% request for such a motion, then they are legally obliged to call for a vote.
Happy to keep Barry in technical department, but definitely not as the MD of the company. If he couldn't navigate the past 12 months, I dont see how he will be successful in the next 12 months where market condition is significantly more challenging.
