Before the Linch mob threw a rope over the nearest tree to bring Barry to an untimely end. There is a good chance its not game over quiet yet. The deal was pulled because the lenders gone too greedy at the last minute, so Barry rightly pulled out to pursue other funding most likely off take discount. Let's all hope it happens. If it happens happy days if not hand me the rope.
