I have been in Azz since 2005. JC has done some good stuff, no doubt. But there have also been some disappointments. He himself built an expectation that we would currently be in a much better position. It is disappointing that this has not come to fruition.

The sale process and then rejection was, well..., ordinary. And at neither end of the process did the share price do anything, and still hasn't! With the lack of details, it is no surprise that the market could never take the whole process seriously.

It is great to have runs on the board, but what do you make of the last 4 years?
