    Mate all I can say is it's a very strange development.
    Even stranger is the market didn't panic with the news.

    Pallister sold some of his personal shares for $4 million and handed it over to the company as a interest free loan, so if the company doesn't issue the shares it will appear as a debt owing on the books.............very strange move, if I'd been holding I would have sold......so why didn't the rest of the market ?
